May 7th, 2017. Before we went home to Jakarta, we dropped in to another new place in Bandung. Gormeteria is a new hype, I guess. I saw their photos everywhere in foodies’ Instagram accounts. At first, I didn’t think I can make it since it’s already Sunday, and we had to go back to Jakarta. But then my hubby made the time for me to visit it for lunch. Yaaaay..
Located on the roadside of Pasir Kaliki, it’s very easy to find the place. When we arrived, lucky us, there’s still parking lot inside. To find the dining area, we should go to level 2. The place is very spacious. Divided into 3 areas. From the stairs, to the right is outdoor area. Coffee bar area in the middle. And to the left is dining area. The dining area is also divided into different themes. Let me show you around through my photos below, and enjoy the simple review.

Seared salmon over rice poured with aromatic green tea soup
Adorable presentation. You have to pour the aromatic green tea soup to the salmon over rice. I thought it must be weird, but turned out it’s really good. Light flavour with adorable texture. The salmon was tender. The character of the rice was also perfect. Super recommended.
Mocha Cake 33k
A slice of old school mocca cake with mocca butter cream
I saw this one on the display at the coffee bar. So I ordered one slice. It was fantastic! I really loved the cake. The texture was fluffy and soft. Generous mocca butter cream. I just hope they sprinkled the top with more chocolate rice.
Love the place and love the food. Definitely a keeper.
