Continuing the popularity for last two consecutive years, Baharat is now ready to open its door from May 29th to June 24th, 2017 at the 4th floor Ballroom Foyer. Created exclusive offers to commemorate the Holy Month of Ramadan, The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place served a tantalizing Iftar and sensational traditional delicacies. Transformed into a lavish tent with contemporary decor, the specialized restaurant within the mall will be an ideal venue for socializing with friends and family during Ramadan. With tasteful choice of entertainment, the unique venue will ensure an appropriate Ramadan ambiance and delectable culinary experience. It offers a great choice of venue and possibilities to impress the guests with capacity up to 250 persons. Great job, Baharat!
The hotel is proud to welcome three chefs this year, Chef Rabih and Chef Blaise, two well-trained and highly skilled chefs from Al Bustan Palace, A Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Oman carrying rich experiences specializing in Arabic and Lebanese cuisine such as Omani Dry Fish Salad, Moroccan Chermoula Fish Tagine, Chicken Maqloobah and Lamb Shuwa. The hotel brings Chef Kemal Ozcan back who would enliven the sweet buds with Turkish sweet delicacies and traditional baklavas. Together they have orchestrated a menu that complements guests favorite Ramadan dishes.
The Baharat buffet at the hotel’s ballroom foyer will be available daily for the month of Ramadan from 17:30 to 20:00pm at the price of 318k++ per person (weekdays) and 298k++ (weekend) inclusive of a welcome drink.
