July 8th, 2017. I saw about this new coffee shop on June 2017. But they opened 4pm at Ramadan month. So I postponed my visit, since I prefer came in the morning on weekdays. This afternoon when I was in another coffee shop and ready to go back to the hotel *yes, we’re in the middle of a staycation* I remembered about Kopi Sabi. Then I messaged them asking about the opening hour. And they said, they open today. Hooraaaay.
Funny thing about this coffee shop. It belonged to my friend’s hubby. OMG. Small world. It’s not a big or spacious place, but a friendly space. When I came, the baristas *Galuh and Priyo* greeted me with big smile and friendly gesture. I felt very comfortable. Fyi, the coffee shop combined with other tenants. They have second level for bigger seats. Btw, they told me that Sabi means Bisa *can in english* or it’s an expression for something delicious. I think I should ask the owner personally about the real meaning of Sabi hahahaha..

They told me that it’s one of their signature. I was too busy taking photos of the place, I didn’t take photos when they made this lovely coffee. When it came to my table, I was like, “Oh my, so pretty!” After a sip, I didn’t wanna let go of my straw hahaha. And I asked them to put it in take-away glass. So cute, right?
Magic Rainbow
Since my hubby won’t drink coffee, they made this Magic Rainbow for him. It’s a milky caramel drink. They said, “Do you know the rainbow ice cream from one of the favourite brand? It’s more or less like that.” It’s definitely a pretty drink. Sweet, of course. They put marshmallow too. Definitely kid’s favourite. Yup, kids will love it. LOL.
Thanks Kopi Sabi for the hospitality. Definitely will be back for more.
