February 26th, 2017. First, I heard about this place when it opened their first outlet at Mal Alam Sutera. I got their invitation too, but it’s too far from my place. So, I had to reject their invitation. Then last year, they opened their second outlet at Central Park Mall. Closer from my place, of course. So, on a sunny day, when I had invitation to Central Park Mall, I stopped by to the place and tried their food. 6 Degrees.
Located on the ground floor of Tribeca, 6 Degrees offers two different kinds of ambiance. The indoor area is one serene ambiance with rustic and vintage atmosphere and also murals on the walls. While the outdoor area is very comfortable with lush green plants all around. For photos, of course, I chose outdoor. Natural light is the best.

My hubby chose the seasoned potato chips. At first I didn’t wanna try the potato chips, since it’s not a favourite for me. But he said that it’s really good. When it’s almost over, I tried a small chip. And yes, it’s delicious. Crispy but soft.

Boneless Chicken Bacem 50k
Chicken leg, homemade bacem sauce, onion, tomato, steamed rice, and clear soup on side
I never heard about this menu. Well, since they couldn’t provide any fried dishes at the time *because the frying tool was broken* we chose this one. I chose it because the name is very eye-catching. Bacem is very popular for traditional dishes from Java. I always heard tempe bacem or tahu bacem, but it’s the first time I saw a menu named Boneless Chickan Bacem. And it was a right choice! The chicken was tender and delicate. Don’t ask about the homemade bacem sauce. Superb. It’s very aromatic with rich and savoury taste. Recommended!
