February 7th, 2017. Last time I went there, I didn’t try their food. I just attended their event about Ismaya Card. Now they invited me to try their Valentine’s Set Menu. As usual, no formal invitation. A day before, I went to GIA, they asked me in person. Since I didn’t have any events, so I agreed to come to their invitation. SKYE.
Lovely place with an exclusive and elegant ambiance, SKYE located on level 56 of BCA Tower. We walked through East Mall Grand Indonesia, inside Gramedia, and BAM! closed. So the people from Ismaya had to go down and opened the door for us. LOL. *thanks Ki* Well, they still had media gathering, so we had to wait until they finished, and still waited for another bloggers to come. Please enjoy the breathtaking view!

This was everybody’s favourite. No need to describe it. It’s like pizza with thin crust. Two thumbs up!

Delicious tuna with truffle aroma. Perfect for start the meal.

Beautiful presentation. The colour was tempting. Love the texture of the ravioli, but for me, it tasted too fishy. I tried a spoonful and I knew right away that my taste bud didn’t approve it.
French Wild Seabream with beetroot risotto, asparagus gel, asparagus salad, radish, and red wine caramel
The fish was delicious. I heard that seabream was versatile. Baked, fried or steamed, you named it. And it’s very similar to sea bass in texture and taste. Didn’t try the beetroot risotto, so I couldn’t review it, sorry.
Wagyu Beef Sirloin with foie gras, potato galette, gorgonzola sauce and red wine jus
Love it. The wagyu beef sirloin with foie gras. Look at the sexy wagyu and foie gras. So tantalizing, right? Potato galette enhanced the beauty of the dish. Super duper recommended.
Valrhona Chocolate Fondant with mixed berries, raspberry gel, strawberry & red wine ice cream, with gold leaf
Lovely presentation with melt in your mouth texture of the valrhona chocolate fondant. Mix it with red wine ice cream, and you will taste heaven in your mouth.
