March 24th, 2018. Finally, we had a chance to try Shangri-La hotel’s Japanese restaurant, Nishimura. It’s our first time there. We were so excited. We came on time, then they escorted us to our table.
Comfortable place with wooden furnitures. Japanese atmosphere all over the place. The restaurant is very spacious. I think I will get lost if I go around the place all by myself hahahahaha. They have several themes inside. Beautiful paintings on the wall. Private rooms. And of course, delicious food. Will talk about it later yaa..

OMG we loved all the food. The Hidagyu Carpacio: Melt in your mouth!!! Tender and juicy. Thai mentaiko sauce: superb! Tender meat of snapper with delicious flavour. Maguro with Truffle sauce: Perfect texture of the maguro. Generous truffle sauce. Super love! Sashimi Moriawase: What can I say about those perfect sashimi? Perfect! Love the salmon, tuna and yellow tail sashimi. Aburi Salmon Maki Sushi: one of the best sushi roll we've ever tried! We couldn't stop eating the sushi roll. Suimono Soup: need more flavour, I think. But other than that, bravo! Udamono Moriawase: fresh fruits with cakes as bonus from the chef.
