November 14th, 2017. OMG I totally forgot to make review about this one. I was invited to Rosso to try their Christmas menus. And I will tell you about it right now. *sorry Ami for the late review*
Actually I loved the way they decorated the table situation for the Christmas decorations. You can see those decorations below. Well actually Rosso is always beautiful with the red ambiance. You just need to add green colour, and voila, Christmas.

Homemade Tagliolini with Pumpkin and Shrimps
Homemade Lamb Capelletti with Truffle Parmesan Cream
Salmon Fillet in Citrus and Herbs Crust with Potato Gratin
Veal Tenderloin with Gorgonzola Sauce and Eggplant Parmigiana Cake
Christmas Tiramisu Made with Panettone Sponge
OMG! Those set menus were all good. Super delicious. Well, the marinated beef carpaccio was surprisingly very good. It's sour but not too sour. The seafood soup with lobster dumpling was pleasantly entertaining. The soup was rich and had a very strong flavour. Love the tagliolini, with bold and powerful flavour of pumpkins and shrimps. Highly-seasoned on the lamb capelletti. Love the truffle parmesan cream. Yup, it's creamy and velvety. I didn't really like the salmon, and prefer the veal tenderloin. Great presentation with tender texture of the meat. And don't ask about the Christmas Tiramisu. DABOMB! The presentation was beautiful and alluring and attractive and everything similar with pretty. Tasted so good, you won't share it with anybody else.
