June 30th, 2017. Still my 2 months ago review hahahaha. We stayed in Cilandak area, so we tried to visit places around the field. Then, I found this hidden gem. Gerilya Coffee & Roastery. It’s actually near the roadside of R.A. Kartini street. Very easy to find.
Gerilya is a coffee shop with roastery inside. They roast their own coffee on-site to ensure freshness of their product. But when you go to their 2nd level, you’ll find a more comfortable space. Bigger and cozier. And you won’t find walls with emptiness. They sure love to fill the walls with murals. Fyi, the stairs were very steep. For me, it’s quite scary hahahaha..

I’m not a coffee expert. But I am very proud when a coffee shop served local coffee. Well, maybe since I watched movies about coffee, I realized that it’s not easy to produce a good coffee. And this was a good latte for me. Light body with no acidic flavour.
Brownie 38k
They served the chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream. It’s too much for us, so we had to take away the brownie. We had our breakfast before going to Gerilya hahaha.. Too bad huh? Well, the good thing, it’s still good in the afternoon when we ate the brownie for snacks. LOL.
