December 13th, 2016. After a nice meal in Petitenget area, we decided to turn our tummies to Canggu. We only tried 2 spots the day before. So I guess we should try another place there before going home. *sobbing* it’s time for us to be back. To our routine. Well, before that, let’s talk about this place. GYPSY Kitchen and Bar.
Located 5 minutes from the beach, GYPSY Kitchen and Bar serves delicious food and drinks. They opened their door in April 2016, side by side with Vassani Stay. Well, they have this connecting door from their place to Vassani’s pool. I loved their interior design. Comfortable atmosphere with Bohemian ambiance. The staffs were all friendly and made us feel at home. They have an open space dining room with its vintage lamps, and also a beautiful patio for those who loves outdoor area. You also can sit in between *sitting face to face between the big windows*. Lovely place.

I didn’t drink coffee. 4 fruits in 1 glass. Fantastic. It’s also very thick in texture, made my tummy full. It’s not too sweet. Healthy drinks with delicious taste. So hard to find, right? I could use a little sugar, but I chose not too. Such a thirts-quenching in a hot day.

This was a complimentary from them. And I could drink this latte. It was so light. Too bad my tummy was full with the fruits on fruits, I couldn’t finish the cup. They made the large one hahahaha.. Thanks a lot.🙂

This was their recommendation. And we’re happy to order this one. I guess it’s one of their signature since they used their chef to be the name of the dish. Famous Canadian Chef, Robin Filteau-Boucher. The poached eggs, roasted potatoes, bacons and toasts were delicious. No doubt, right? But the fruits were the bombs! I never thought fruits will be as delicious as those fruits in the dish. Gaby told me that it was granola. Never I imagined, I would fall in love with granola. Recommended dish!
