Bahārāt (Arabic: بهارات) is a spice mixture or blend used in Middle Eastern cuisine. Bahārāt is the Arabic word for ‘spices’ (the plural form of bahār ‘spice’). The mixture of finely ground spices is often used to season lamb, fish, chicken, beef, and soups and may be used as a condiment.
The journey starts from Turkey and headed to the heartland of Arabia, and currently back to continue the journey to the North-West Frontier dish where a various selection of kebabs and of course biryani. Chef Mauluddin and Chef Hidayatullah will present sumptuous dishes and specialized from North-West Frontier such as Awadhi Dum Biryani, Seekh
Kebab and Tandoori Chop. Chef Kemal Ozcan will spoil the audience with sweet dishes of traditional Turkish and baklava. Be prepare for their magic hands.
To highlight the main course, Baharat will serve biryani. “Biryani” in Persian means for frying or grilling. Many people believe that the biryani originally came from Persia who comes into the area North-West Frontier and then to the rest of India. Each region creates a unique recipe blended perfectly with the famous spices of their own territory; one of the chefs, Chef Hidayatullah will present one of the outstanding biryani recipes which called Awadhi Dum Biryani. One of the original delicious food from Lucknow city.
With Middle East ambiance, the hotel will guarantee guests to enjoy the atmosphere and provide a memorable experience while in Baharat.
