August 2nd, 2015. I came to C’s Steak and Seafood Restaurant at Grand Hyatt Jakarta Hotel for their Sunday Brunch Buffet. C’s Steak and Seafood, the signature restaurant at Grand Hyatt Jakarta offers a revitalized Sunday Brunch concept with unlimited servings of appetizers and premium seafood on ice.
Welcome Drink – Virgin Mojito
The Sunday Brunch concept starts on a refreshing note with the finest quality of meat and seafood selection located at the entrance. Premium marine harvest includes Oyster shucked to order, King Crab Legs, Tropical Lobsters to name a few. Meat lovers will be spoiled with carefully selected dishes from the grilled section such as Top Sirloin, Tenderloin, and Lamb Chops. The Sunday Brunch also offers creative mocktail concoctions inspired by the freshness of Indonesia’s produce.
An appetizer buffet of salads, charcuterie, antipasti and assorted cheese is available. In line with the restaurant’s culinary philosophy, expect a menu of hearty main dishes influenced by Asian specialties including Peking Duck Pancakes, Wok Fried Mud Crab, Stir Fried Seasonal Vegetables.
The lazy Sunday may be ended on a sweet note with an assortment of desserts. Guests can embrace wholesome and nutritious fruits in creations such as Strawberry Cheesecake, Apple Crumble and tempting chocolate creations as Chocolate Mousse and Chocolate Pie. Freshly made crêpes from a live station may be paired with ice cream, sorbet, and seasonal fresh fruits.

I really love their seafood. At first, I thought I didn’t wanna eat those sexy seafood because it’s not easy to eat fine dining with seafood. But.. what the heck!! I took a full plate of seafood and enjoyed it with bare hands. LOL.

C’s Cheese Selection & Assorted Fresh Baked Bread. Selection of Charcuterie, Antipasti, Dried Fruits, Nuts, Local Honey, Housemade Fruit Compote.

Wood Oven Roasted Canadian Beef Sirloin, Beef Tenderloin Carved to Order, Rack of Lamb, Whole Roasted Baby Chicken, Tropical Lobster, King Prawns. Served with Sauce: C’s Housemade Steak Sauce, Mushroom, Red Wine, Bernaise, Hollandaise, Remoulade.
I tried the beef sirloin, beef tenderloin and the lamb. They were all amazingly delicious. Tender and juicy, literally melted in my mouth, especially the fatty parts. Ugh, if some people didn’t like the fatty parts, different from me, I hunted those delicious parts. Hahaha..

Peking Duck & Dim Sum Peking Duck Pancakes Chili Leek Cucumber, C’s Assorted Housemade Dim Sum, Steamed Buns, Assorted Spring Rolls. Served with Traditional Sauces.
Tofu Tomato Soup, I Fu Noodle with Crispy Duck, Javanese Fried Rice/Nasi Goreng Kambing Made to Order, Honey BBQ Fried Chicken, Steamed Mixed Seasonal Vegetables, Deep Fried and Steamed Mantau.
Wok Fried Garoupa, Wok Fried Tropical Lobster, Wok Fried Mud Crab, King Prawns. Served with Selection of Sauce Szechuan, Dry Chili, Chili-Crab, Black Pepper.
Crepes Made to Order – Assorted Fillings and Toppings, Selection of Assorted Desserts and Pastries, Ice Cream & Sorbet Counter, Fresh Fruit on Ice.
Those ice creams! Ugh! I love the chocolate and peanut butter flavour. For the sorbet, I prefer Mango and Mixberry. But the other flavours also were delicious. Aaaargh, I wanna go back to C’s only to eat those ice creams!!!

C’s Sunday Brunch is available every Sunday from 11.30am to 3:00pm. It is priced at 700k per adult for brunch and non-alcoholic beverages and 900k per adult for brunch with premium wines (Edwards Shiraz, Edwards Chardonnay, De Bortoli sparkling wine) and Beers (Heineken and Bintang Beer). For 1400k per adult, guests can enjoy Taittinger Brut, Taittinger Rose, Beer and premium wines. Prices are subject to 10 percent service charge and prevailing government taxes. Children between the ages of 6 and 12 will receive a 50% discount, and brunch is complimentary for children below the age of 6.
